Food Emporium
This year our spectacular Christmas Food Emporium will feature over 100 artisan food producers showcasing the best of the season’s bounty. You will be able to browse and sample some of Ireland’s finest foods as well as tasty and unusual treats from the four corners of the globe.
There will be also be a series of free cookery demonstrations, talks and lectures hosted by a team of professional cooks and chefs from the renowned Cooks Academy. Their aim will be to inspire you to be creative with your festive fare and to give tips to help you create the perfect classic Christmas.
